Tapas or small plates is the latest trend to invade the world of catering.  This innovative idea lets your guests to try numerous dishes and allows guests to mingle and eat at their leisure.  These chef attended stations can be as complex or as simple as you like.

A time honored tradition for catered events.  Whether you are having 50 people or 500 people dinner buffets have stood the test of time and have proven to be well received by hosts and guests alike.  Seated dinner buffets can be a cost-effective way to provide the formality of a seated and served dinner without putting the same strain on the purse-strings or the wallet!

COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS

Great for functions with a shorter time frame between 2 and 3 hours.  Cocktail receptions are also ideal for events that are pre or post dinner.  So if you just need to provide your guests with “lite bites” to nosh on during your event consider this option.  Your guests will have just enough to tide them over until they make to the next part of the evening.

SEATED & SERVED

For the client that loves the pomp and circumstance of a very formal affair.  Your guests tables will be set with all of the dinnerware and our expert wait staff will deliver your entrees to each table.
